Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Communications Infrastructure Manager to support our business in Chantilly, VA. This organization supports mission critical government programs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of network engineers, technicians, and support personnel in delivering world-class customer service to our government partners.
- Produce new facility network designs, audio/visual innovations, and conferencing solutions within our customers secure campus.
- Recommend and manage IT application solutions, provide written communications, and technical SOPs.
- Manage radio frequency projects, networked multi-function device maintenance, and ancillary support services/contracts.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Leadership experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) post start
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, SAP or AMX
- Bachelors degree or higher
