Job Description

It's an exciting time at Bed Bath and Beyond.. we have ambitious plans to expand our Owned Brand (private label) offering over the next 1-3 years. We are looking for talented individuals in design and product development in a range of baby/kids products come join us!

As we continue to build out our Product Development and Sourcing teams, we are adding Production Analysts to support the coordination of production cycles. As such, the Production Analysts will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including being asked to:

Responsibilities:

* Own and manage the development/production factory tracking tool (WIP)
* Roll up Line Lists from the merchant teams and the tracking tool
* Track samples
* Assist the Product Development and Materials team with data input into excel tools
* Aggregate capacity forecasts across categories and vendors
* Allocate capacity to vendors and create capacity plans
* Facilitate/Manage new vendor onboarding and set-up process
* Track planned and actual volumes
* Escalate and assist in resolving production issues
* Monitor vendor performance
* Ensure on-time delivery and production

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-3 years of business or analyst experience
* Ability to work independently, and be proactive
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Comfortable working with all levels of management
* Able to learn new skills quickly with training and refine current skills
