Senior Product Support Specialist
Distribution Operations

Basic Function and Responsibilities:

The new Senior Product Support Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

* Provide second level technical support for Wage Payments and Year-End Service teams
* Represent the business in Development team meetings as a Subject Matter Expert
* Perform User Acceptance Testing on new releases
* Maintain Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analysis Report for WP Distribution Business.
* Provide SOC-1 audit support by providing documentation as required
* Develop Business Process Documentation as needed
* Assist in leading non-Product Related Initiatives

Qualifications:

* Three years' experience providing Tier 2 level support
* Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, finance or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Able to solve complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Research, investigation and analytical skills
* Process and workflow documentation experience using flowcharts and diagram software is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Visio)
* Ability to synthesize large amounts of information
* Previous client service experience

The identified preferred candidate has the following qualifications and competencies:

* Experience with User Acceptance Testing and understanding of software development QA processes
* Experience in resolving Tier 2 level technical inquiries in Smart Compliance Portal and Diamond; able to provide positive impact rapidly
* Has experience in documenting Standard Operating Procedures
* Created dashboards and PowerPoint Presentations Created dashboards and PowerPoint Presentations
* Experience with providing non-technical explanation to a technical issue
* Used Microsoft Visio to create diagrams used to effectively demonstrate team process flows
