This position is responsible for the development, execution and coordination of the premium products marketing plan, including Servicing and Premium Products value proposition (Centurion and Platinum). Responsibilities will include:
Develop new benefits for the Centurion value proposition. Partner engagement to negotiate value offers. Review product metrics as well as product P&L; and COCMS management.
Coordination of the service areas for Centurion Cardmembers and quality monitoring (Services, Concierge and Travel).
Develop the retention strategy for individual Cardmembers and coordination with the teams marketing plan.
Personally manage quality and execution of Centurion events via Living Platform.
Develop best-in-class regular and ad-hoc communications
Ensure all collateral materials linked to the product life (Welcome Packs, Card Carriers, Legal communications) are updated and timely delivered.
This role is critical as premium products and specifically IDCs Centurion Refresh is a key priority of IDC.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field
* Minimum 2 years experience in product card management or marketing experience
* Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written). Portuguese is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal skills required
* Proven experience in product development and execution of marketing campaigns
* Strong attention to detail and project management skills
* Must have understanding of P&L; components and key card portfolio indicators
The candidate must be able to work effectively with multiple partners
Proven ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and coordinate efforts across teams to drive results with both internal & external partners.
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adjust to changing priorities
Analytical and presentation skills
Understanding of American Express card products, services and benefits or understanding of the Financial Services Industry
