This position is part of the Global Decision Science and Data Strategy organization within Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR), and is responsible for the Enterprise oversight of the Global CFR data Investment plan covering spend across third party data providers. The incumbent will be responsible for detailed and timely expense management and forecasting activities, with keen focus on ensuring value maximization from data assets under contract. He/she will provide financial analysis and other required support during contract negotiations and other business initiatives. This position will require interaction with colleagues across the Enterprise, including Credit & Fraud Risk, Marketing, Finance, Controllership, Global Supply Management and Global Servicing Network. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong financial acumen to engage with internal and external strategic business partners and gain insight into credit and fraud risk management principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage expenses
- Reconcile and process invoice payments
- Forecast data utilization and related expenses considering contractual commitments
- Manage expense allocations across multiple business groups
- Prepare timely and accurate expense management and forecasting reports
- Develop quarterly reports and dashboards
- Provide support during contract negotiations
- Provide ad hoc analysis and project support as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills; ability to distill financial data into clear and concise insights
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively
- Self-starter with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required. MS Access, SQL, and Tableau highly desired.
- Familiarity with Ariba Buyer a plus
- Bachelors degree in related field, or 3+ years relevant work experience
