About your Organization:

Members of the eCommerce Customer Experience Team are energized to create extraordinary on-line shopping experiences that surprise and delight our customers! Description of Role:

The Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for launching Shop, Click, Drive in our new global markets. As we continue to bring vehicle digital sales to life in North America we intend to bring these to additional markets across the globe. Creating a global experience will be key in this role while integrating specific regional needs from a marketing and product perspective.

As a PM, you will lead the team that will collect regional requirements and build the customer experience for digital vehicle sales with the goal to increase top line revenue for our brands and GM. The team will help craft the go to market strategy with our dealers and customers in partnership with our brand marketing teams. The PM will have responsibility to develop dealer training and communications, collect quantitative and qualitative feedback and funnel new ideas into the technical requirements for digital purchases. The PM will provide outstanding employee experiences which inspire the team to excel in performance and strive towards world-class customer experiences. The PM will encourage challenging the status quo and implement new ideas that will improve dealer engagement and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop customer experiences in the global markets that will drive top line revenue

* Build and maintain brand relationship with the Marketing, Product, Agency & Contact Center

* Energetic about bringing new ideas and plans to global markets

* Project management and effective prioritization skills to ensure projects stay on track

* Define and implement program requirements

* Support creation/refinement of business processes

* Develop and implement effective strategies to drive consumers to the brand and dealership websites with the goal of generating increased targeted web traffic and thereby increased lead generation.

* Provide analysis and proactive recommendations on the strategic direction for Shop, Click, Drive programs

* Provides dealer behavior/feedback to the brands & technical implementation teams by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

* Keep current on all digital trends and bring new ideas to the business on how to improve digital presence

* Plan and coordinate necessary training based on product launch training

* Lead cross functional business performance reviews

Additional Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Management Information Systems

* 5+ years related experience

* Competitive and entrepreneurial mind-set to drive lead growth in new and existing markets - ability to identify opportunities and interact with decision makers to provide highest-quality leads as a result

* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups to achieve specific goals. The ideal candidate must be a team player.

* Project, technical and process management skills

* Ability to challenge current processes and effectively communicate and influence without direct authority with the internal businesses structure

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes

* Strong organizational skills

* Proficient in MS Office products - Excel

* Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
