As a Lead Product Manager at Xandr on the Partner Technology team, you will be responsible for the technology infrastructure supporting our largest strategic partners. If you enjoy working in AdTech, are deeply familiar with OpenRTB protocols, and are looking to make an immediate impact in your next role, wed be thrilled to speak with you. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Research, design, plan, develop and evaluate new products by translating and documenting customer requirements, industry specifications, and industry best practices into final product design. Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products, services, or enhancements. Define & identify market opportunities, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality. Prepare and present business cases for new products and services. Partner with business, Engineering, and UX teams to design a product that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment. Create product roadmap and project plan. Assigned moderately complex products or product lines.

Qualifications:

Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree.

Experience: Typically requires 3 - 4 years of experience in similar area of responsibility.

Deep knowledge of OpenRTB specification/protocols required (2+ years working with OpenRTB).

Experience driving prioritization & product spec development with Engineering teams.
