Job Description
* Assist Manager with running and updating reports/spreadsheets, sending correspondence, and onboarding new employees.
* Works with team to review and prepare invoices.
* Office supply inventory management for department.
* Requires excellent oral and written communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills; and proven computer literacy.
* Responsible for maintaining and updating paper and electronic files.
* Schedules and coordinates meetings and projects and handles special assignments from management.
* Answers telephone in a professional manner and routes calls appropriately.
* Requires prompt response to written requests, as well as phone messages.
* Makes copies, faxes documents, and performs other clerical functions.
* Requires proven analytical skills in interpreting data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
* Team player with effective communication skills, listening skills, and drive to follow through to meet deadlines.
* Must be able to prioritize work; adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; deal with frequent change.

Available to work Monday - Friday from 8 am 5 pm.

*Job duties may be modified at any time.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years of invoice experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
