Key Deliverables:

Short-term EHS champion orchestrating foundational, but time-bound projects, in support of a pharmaceutical operations site, inclusive of drug product manufacturing, primary packaging, and secondary packaging.

1. Capacity to support occupational hygiene quantitative exposure sampling with a distinct focus on report generation.
2. Ability to assist in developing, and redlining existing, safety standards and/or policies which meet business objectives.
3. Means to support site sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

* Competence to present conclusions & insight to a learned and broad-skilled senior leadership team at conclusion of assignment
* Capability to develop, implement, and validate: occupational hygiene; environmental, health, and safety; and sustainability initiatives
* The ability to work independently and support several projects simultaneously
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
* Candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop expertise in core job responsibilities, including teamwork and the ability to maintain constructive relationships with personnel from various disciplines at all levels in the organization.
* The successful candidate should demonstrate integrity, reliability, dedication, adaptability, innovation and self-motivation.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelors degree with a major in Occupational Safety, Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Health, General Engineering, Chemistry or other related field of study
* Minimum GPA = 3.0/4.0
* Returning to university for at least one semester and graduating within one-year post internship
* Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
* Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
