The Pharmacy Clerk of Inventory & Warehouse Operations in Optum Frontier Therapies will be on the team of an exciting new business serving patients with rare diseases, pharma manufacturers, and providers by dispensing and servicing therapies at the frontier of healthcare. As a new Optum business, we are building on our strengths but also challenging the status quo. The Pharmacy Clerk of Inventory & Warehouse Operations will be responsible for inventory and warehouse duties within a pharmacy and specialty distribution location within the Optum Frontier portfolio located in Las Vegas, NV. Under direct supervision from the Supervisor of Procurement & Inventory Warehouse Operations, the Pharmacy Clerk will be responsible for inventory and warehouse duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks to include inventory receiving and put away, cycle counts, outdates and recalls
* Monitor prescription drug inventory within inventory computer system
* Receive inventory and ensure accurate product receipt
* Assist with discrepancy resolution
* Maintain proper storage of prescription drug inventory
* Perform cycle counting activities
* At times assist purchasing team to ensure all vendor purchases are made timely and accurately.
* Ensuring invoicing and documents are accurately maintained/filed in collaboration with finance department
* Maintain warehouse space in a clean, neat and orderly fashion
* Ensure full location has all supplies required for patient orders and to maintain the operation by maintaining accurate on hands in computerized platforms
* Be trained on use of heavy machinery with stress of safe practices
* Adhere to policies and procedures
* Willingness to jump in and be a shipping operator to ensure patients orders are delivered

Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma / GED or higher
* 1 year operations experience
* Be a team player and collaborate across functions
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1+ years of working in a warehouse or supply chain inventory environment
* 1+ years of cycle count experience
* 1+ years of experience operating a forklift
* Previous work history managing high cost medications
