Better requires process discipline and simplification
The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a direct role in supporting Western Unions objective of being the leader in cross-border, cross-currency money movement by helping to manage foreign currency risks related to our consumer money transfer business. You will be responsible for aggregating foreign currency risk information and executing foreign currency hedges with Western Unions key banking partners. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring over 130 global exchange rates across various Western Union products. You will help support key internal stakeholder groups by providing foreign exchange expertise. You will work closely with the accounting team and provide various monthly valuation reports.
For such a fast-paced role, youll have a minimum of 4 years of experience within Treasury, Finance, or Accounting. You will also have obtained your bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting Finance, or Economics, having an MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus. Youll have strong automation, IT/database skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities. You will have the ability to develop relationships across the company and an entrepreneurial mindset to build and improve best-in-class capabilities.

Annual base salary gross: $71,192.21 $121,476.45
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Unions total compensation package for employees.
