JOB SUMMARY:
Receives incoming calls for members service, loans and online services, while gathering information to process basic deposit and loans transactions for members. Demonstrates a positive team attitude while working with colleagues in the contact center. Transfers complex calls efficiently to appropriate staff members to be addressed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with researching and implementing new technology to expand contact center services
2. Have a detailed understanding of Credit Union policies and procedures
3. Understand the services of the Credit Union including but not limited to member services, loan services, and online services
4. Working in a team environment to address customer needs
5. Process incoming member calls and assist where necessary
6. Assist and process members with member service, loan, and online service questions regarding their accounts.
7. Strong understanding of NCUA insurance coverage
