Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary- Part time-16 hrs/week- Patient Access Rep- Insurance Verification Specialist- Follow Up

Pick up insurance forms and documents throughout Reading Hospital pushing portable scanner. Must be able to be on your feet up to 7 hrs per day.

Works in a professional manner, using excellent customer service practices in the performance of all duties.

Must have a team- oriented approach to work, but must be able to function independently after thorough training.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

*High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Experience and Skills

1-3 Years Insurance Verification or Registration (Preferred)

1-3 Years Medical Terminology (Preferred)

Customer Service experience- (Preferred)

Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, general clerical skills
