Theres never been a more exciting time to join our team. We are in an accelerated growth phase in a rapidly expanding industry and are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual looking for a long-term position as a Program Manager for our Security Business.

The Program Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls all contracted deliverable activities for the assigned client team. Responsible for quality of installations, project cost management, and other cost applicable to systems operations. Responsible for total embedded team operations. Responsibilities also include training and developing of subordinate team personnel. Acts as Single Point of Contact for assigned client following contractual guidelines. Plans and executes client delivery model in conjunction with Director and assigned National Account Management personnel. Coordinates with stakeholder personnel to serve clients security program delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

* Manages installations and service activities for the assigned client. Responsible for cost and quality control of all team operations activities.
* Monitors methods to improve quality and reduce costs of installation and engineering.
* Coordinates planning for each installation in advance, including re-estimates; manpower requirements; job progress schedule; and schedule of materials and equipment to job site.
* Oversees supervision of all installation work and personnel on job progress, so that schedules are maintained, and the projects proceed in accordance with plans and job specifications.
* Maintains timely communications and harmonious relationships between engineering, installation, local delivery branch operation and sales so that job details, engineering or orders changes, equipment changes, plan discrepancies or changes can be coordinated to minimize cost and delay throughout the estimating, bidding and operations phases of each project.
* Assures that all completed jobs meet customer requirements in accordance with job specifications, local codes and contract terms and conditions.
* Administers Stanley Securitys contractual obligations during contract period. Implements management procedures/programs to improve quality and enhance the embedded team working environment.
* Present a professional image of Stanley Security when speaking to customers (all levels).
* Develops and implements a quality service program to improve customer satisfaction.
* Maintains harmonious relations with the principals of Stanley Securitys branch locations, electrical contractors, construction management firms, building owners, and general contractors.
* Directs recruiting, selection, and hiring activities of team personnel.
* Conducts performance evaluations.
* Establishes goals for team personnel; updates and monitors them on a regular basis.
* Provides counseling and guidance for subordinates to ensure that their goals and objectives are met.
* Communicates client policies and enforces these policies on a regular basis.
* Keeps currently informed on products and policies and client policies and procedures; disseminates appropriate information in a timely manner to Stanley Security and subcontractor personnel.
* Justifies acquisition of miscellaneous requirements for team performance.
* Monitors project and service delivery and prepares/disseminates job progress reports.
* Coordinates with other managers in meeting contractual and/or planned delivery requirements to client.
* Advises superiors, subordinates and client(s) on progress of installation and service activities.
* Utilizes available management reports to monitor and control team performance.
* Train and develop team personnel:
* Directs the development and implementation of on the job and formal training programs for all team personnel.
* Coordinates participation of team personnel in training programs and seminars.
* Assist the Stanley Security branch network in areas of:
* Conducting job surveys and reviews estimates to determine engineering, field labor and other needs to minimize companys risk and meet contractual requirements.
* Develops and maintains client playbook to communicate contractual requirements to branch locations and other stakeholders.
* Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* HS Diploma or GED
* 5+ years experience in the design and installation of electronic security systems with an understanding of engineering, systems start-up and maintenance functions.
* 5+ years of management experience and an understanding of job financial reports and the ability to apply these to cost containment in managing projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 4-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Project Management desired but will consider candidates with a combination of job experience, technical training and demonstrated competency from within the security or a related industry.
* Background in Enterprise level security system installations, service and programming.
* Preference for Lenel Onguard, SoftwareHouse Ccure or Avigilion certification.
* Experience in LobbyWorks visitor management systems and Honeywell alarm systems desired.
