As a centralized support representative, youll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim by making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information. Tasks could include reviewing faxed or mailed documents and attach them to the appropriate claim, completing research and ensuring documents are routed to the proper department or supporting out uninsured motorist triage team by reviewing files referred by third-party collection agencies for accuracy. Additionally, you could update vendors with changes to the claim, balance, additional party information, and deductible return requests. Must-have qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalent with one or more years of relevant work experience - Work or educational experience must include:- Customer service or sales - Fast paced and changing environment - Multitasking and time management skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Computer skills Preferred skills - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle high volume that comes with working in a multifaceted administrative environment - Strong customer service, telephone and follow-up skills Schedule: May 5, 2021 start date.
