KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Program Delivery Services for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple large, complex, integrated end to end business and technology transformation programs
* Executive advisor to transformation sponsor to influence and shape transformation strategy with executive sponsors and stakeholders
* Develop integrated target operating models (TOMs) and capability maturity models that serve as key strategic components of transformation scope definition
* Drive business development activities (e.g. RFP response, proposal development, opportunity identification/shaping, etc) related to large complex transformation programs
* Direct internal consulting teams to strategize, plan and develop consulting capabilities, offerings and client-facing solutions based on industry trends and client demand
* Create and manage customized project plans to help ensure that project timelines and deliverables are completed on time
Qualifications:
* Minimum eight years of recent program strategy experience with five years of experience within an advisory firm with emphasis on designing, testing and implementation large-scale transformational programs
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred; PMP, Certified BA and/ or Scrum Master a plus
* Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business and build lasting professional relationships with senior level executives
* Experience with leading all phases of transformation life cycle with cross-functional experience and connecting with front, middle, back office operating models
* Well established track record of producing high quality results while establishing and maintaining customer relationships at all level
* Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
* Travel may be up to 80-100%
