About This Position:

The New Initiative and Control Execution Process Manager will provide support for meeting the requirements of numerous controls, while partnering cross-functional team, inclusive of Compliance, Legal, risk teams and other key stakeholders to ensure we maintain a robust control environment. This position is in the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chases Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for providing oversight of the marketing targeting rules, facilitating weekly and ad hoc meetings with key stakeholders within the organization as well as at a Vendor and maintaining thorough documentation around the targeting rules. This candidate will also be responsible for working with key stakeholders through the department to create decks for senior leadership that provide control, issue, and audit/exam related updates.

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of Operations, Marketing, Controls and/or Compliance experience
* Bachelors Degree preferred with a major in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Business Management or similar discipline
* Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings that include an agenda, meeting minutes and general meeting etiquette
* Proficient in Microsoft products and extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a necessity, SharePoint experience preferred
