Manpower is hiring for a professional payroll clerk! If you have experience in processing payroll for more than 150 employees within the US, please read on.
What's in it for you:
* 3 days a week (1 day a week working from home until fully trained)
* Work hours 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM
* Pay Rate: $27.80/hr.

* Located in Wilmington, CA
What you will be doing:
* Processing payroll
* Reconciling timecards and administering manual adjustments
* Maintaining, administrating, and supporting all systems put in place
* Assisting in HR duties
* Other duties as directed by client
The skills we are looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in processing payroll for more than 150 employees
* Knowledge/background in US Payroll and Benefits components such as: wages types, gross payroll, deductions, tax authorities and tax models, health plans, insurance plans, saving plans, custom payroll schemas and rules, and off-cycle processing
* Must have experience using ADP
* Experience in HR - (401K Administration)
* Familiarity with HRIS and ADP (will be transitioning to SAP Success Factors
* Ability to analyze and interpret data, as well as run and build cusom reports
* Advanced Excel skills
Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4 - year institution
* Must have 3+ years' experience in USA Payroll administration
* Must have 3+ years' experience in SAP Success Factors / ADP
* Must have strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem - solving, presentation and planning skills
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
