The Asset Management Practice Lead will collaborate with product management and software development teams to assist in achieving productivity and maturity of the product operating model. You will need a lean mindset, agile coaching and mentoring expertise to facilitate product refinement, development and delivery best practices. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing a culture of diverse of thought, continuous improvement through innovation, and quality delivery.

* Create and facilitate lean product and engineering training programs to help new product teams quickly achieve productivity
* Ensure product teams maintain a razor-sharp focus on the overall customer experience
* Leverage and coach modern XP, Lean, and Agile practices to build high performing product teams
* Mentor and guide Product Owners / Product Management teams on Discovery and backlog management best practices
* Ensure teams are focused on successful delivery and continuous improvement of their engineering practices
* Mentor leadership on benefits of adopting the product operating model and partner on improvement opportunities

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other Agile role (e.g. Product Owner, Tech Lead) with at least one year of large scale, multiple team effort
* Be fluent with software development methodologies and practices (XP, Scrum, Lean)
* Expertise in continuous improvement of structure, processes, and tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value
* Expertise in product backlog management and refinement techniques
* Understanding of software design and automation (DevOps) patterns
* Knowledge of Test Automation, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development
* Consulting and facilitation skills in leading product teams
* Ability to influence and mentor senior leadership on agile mindset and practices
