Position Overview

This is a product management role within the execution arm of MMBSI Business Transformation. This role is designed to extend the recent technology innovations built for MMBSI to the Commercial Term Lending space. This highly visible initiative aims to allow for differentiated front-office and client facing experiences while providing a consistent and complete output of onboarding information to the middle office and downstream onboarding applications.

The position requires strong collaboration with a diverse set of internal stakeholders, effective backlog prioritization, and a passion for technology. The successful candidate would have experience crafting user stories, communicating effectively with partners having varying levels of tech expertise, and leading teams without explicit authority. Important aspects of the role include building product roadmaps, orchestrating delivery across partner product teams, building and refining user stories, and owning responsibility for the end-product.

Responsibilities

Determine how key difference between lines of business in CB impact the extensibility of technology solutions

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the CB to align on roadmap prioritization and technology approach

Analyze business requirements and understand partner systems in order to draft user stories

Manage scrum teams and related scrum ceremonies

Partner with key leaders of would-be impacted users for review and approval of technology solutions and process changes

Demo to and elicit feedback from senior audiences

Set-up and run feedback gathering sessions and requirements gathering working groups

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus

6+ years of experience in product management or business analysis for a software development product
