The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.

Enterprise Metadata Management and Data Governance is part of Enterprise Data Technology within the Chief Technology Office. Our team is growing and we are looking for a talented Program Manager who would be responsible for executing and adoption of the Data Fabric strategy & offering. The Program Manager will be responsible to work across CTO and Line of Business to enable teams to execute and LoBs to adopt the product capabilities. We are seeking for a strong Program Manager who can leverage technical, analytical, process and strategic skills of the teams and enable them to execute high impact value-added opportunities that will enable the Firm to adapt the services offered by EDT (Enterprise Data Technology). The Program Manager will be the key support to the engagement lead in 2 ways: a) Executive Reporting (bi-weekly and monthly) and b) aligning various project / scrum teams to ensure end to end delivery from users perspective. The individual needs to be humble as well as make sure people own and feel responsible and accountable for their tasks / deliverables.

To help us continue to grow our product offerings and adoption, were in search of an experienced program manager who can work in high paced innovative environment with technologist and internal clients which includes business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

* Executive Reporting: The Person will be responsible for regular program reporting like bi-weekly and monthly. This person is not just report generator, he needs to understand the value stream and report from the value / objective from end user perspective
* Organization and Coordination: The person will be required to help teams organize around value as projects spin out from the engagements with LoBs and also with CTO
* Execution:
* Execute with an user centric mindset, with clear alignment of the teams roles, responsibilities, ownership, timelines
* Own and drive teams to work out dependencies, leadership team for decisions, and track risk, issues and actions to closure
* Adoption: LoBs needs to integrate and onboard to the platforms / capabilities we build
* Tools:
* Jira must understand Jira and use it extensively for coordination and reporting because all the teams here use Jira
* Fluency required in Confluence, SharePoint, MPP, Visio, PowerPoint.
* Be an Agile champion
* Facilitate meetings with LoB, engineering and product to define the exit criteria & prepare for product readiness for delivery

Other Responsibilities:

* Maintain Jira Hygiene as its used by all the teams across the organization
* Team Work - Ability to coordinate Across Multiple Teams, negotiate and management dependencies and organize lots for moving parts
* Status Reporting via power point, email, confluence, Jira dashboards, verbal, and other channels
* Communication ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical people
* This is a technical role in technology organization should be able to understand / create system roles and responsibly, systems diagrams, design artifacts

Minimum Requirements

* 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management
* Strong combination of technology & business
* Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead in a highly collaborative virtual team environment that promotes ideas while balancing objectives.
* Proven ability to lead and mentor others.
* Organized, adaptable, self-starter, highly motivated by challenge, and a team player. Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying on track with commitments.
