Title: Scrum Master - 71329



As a Scrum Master in the Parts organization you will serve as the servant leader for scrum team(s) by removing impediments, helping the team remain successful and on schedule, and coaching the team in continuous improvement efforts to achieve high performance. In addition, you will:

* Drive tactical team-level improvement as part of the scrum process, applying principles and practices from agile and lean
* Understand business strategy, objectives and technology to ensure development work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome development roadblocks
* Work independently receiving oversight during critical decision points or issues
* Select tool, framework, and methodologies for team-level activities, within established guidelines
* Facilitate one to two scrum teams; coordinate integration efforts of complex features that may involve the work of two or more teams
* Understand the business unit's products, services and basic business processes, and help determine the role the team can play to support their success

Proven Technical Skills and Experiences

* Proven ability & technical knowledge to coordinate & deliver technical solutions
* Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
* Understanding of the technologies & architecture of the product area
* Possesses familiarity with multiple technologies, development methods and systems, and a basic understanding of programming languages
* Recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Coach

Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies

* Proven ability to coach and develop others
* Proven ability to remove roadblocks (technical & business) for teams
* Strong communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
* Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders
* Ability to influence without authority to resolve impediments across teams and products
* Ability to plan and execute deployment activities at the team level
* Learning Agility / Innovative - desire and openness for continuous technical learning and identifying areas for application
* Growth mindset - willingness to deal and thrive in uncertainty

Education (or equivalent work experience)

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline
