As a Project Architect, you'll be a key member on our team as you lead projects through all phases from initial feasibility / masterplanning studies to completion of construction - working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) based out of the Conshohocken Life Sciences office, as well as other SMEs within Jacobs. You'll also lead an architectural team, including developing a detailed workplan with deliverables and estimated hours, overseeing the work of team members to ensure the highest level of quality is achieved, and mentoring staff for continuous improvement. You'll help others discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. Your role will keep our company connected, and we'll support you with what you need to be successful. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Architectural License Registration
Professional Life Sciences project experience including experience leading teams
Technical knowledge related to the detailing and specification of materials and equipment as it pertains to Life Sciences projects
CAD/BIM experience in Revit - including 3D visualization imagery
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work in Bluebeam Sessions, and Naviswork
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
LEED AP, or similar credential
Experience presenting to clients, with willingness to actively engage in marketing pursuits
Capability to develop and implement strategies to meet all regulatory and building code requirements for projects
Ability to coordinate within a multi-disciplinary team structure - communicating visually and verbally with team members in a positive and inclusive manner
Ability to work independently - prioritizing tasks for multiple assignments so deadlines are met on tim
