We are the Innovative Aerospace Division, a rapidly growing business within the Surveillance and Exploration Sector of Jacobs that is leading the design and development of next generation satellite payloads and ground processing systems. -Design and develop novel signal processing solutions for on-board processing using next-generation RF payloads and processors.

-Provide signal processing and system architecture expertise for SIGINT and communications systems.

-Analyze and implement algorithms for communications systems and SIGINT applications.

-Model and Simulate using common industry tools such as Python, MATLAB, or MIDAS.

-Work in a lab environment to support the implementation of algorithms on a range of platforms.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

-TS/SCI clearance is required

-Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, math, or a related discipline.

-15+ years experience in signal processing.

Preferred:

-Ph.D. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, math or a related discipline is preferred.

-Hardware implementation experience for using CPUs, GPUs and FPGAs.

-Location: Severn, MD and/or Herndon, VA. The work can be done in either location.
