Job Description
Overview
This position exists to lead teams of IT professionals/consultants and customer representatives to provide agreed upon business solutions covering the development and implementation of new IT applications, and maintenance of existing applications as assigned. This includes verifying user requirements, determining business feasibility and recommending appropriate solutions. Takes a leading role in project planning, monitoring, target setting, resource management, product quality control and standards enforcement. Provides documentation and detailed designs for business solutions. Ensures proper logging and timely escalation of customer requests for support, keeping customers advised on request status and progress. Gives priority to monitoring high impact requests and those that are at risk to breach agreed upon service level targets. Demonstrates commitment and ingenuity in expert application of available facilities to non-standard situations and ensures the effect on operations is minimized. Manages the request life cycle including closure and verification of requests. Develops knowledgeable, agile, and customer focused teams in support of Revenue Cycle goals and objectives. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to industry best practices.

  * 835 Remittance Posting knowledge
Requires experience in the management of business applications and technology.  
 Requires knowledge of information technology standards and best practices (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).  
 Requires the ability to effectively plan and manage the utilization of resources.  
 Requires the ability to balance resources with priorities to accomplish multiple objectives and strategic goals.  
 Requires the ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.  
 Requires the ability to facilitate and lead work groups.  
 Requires the ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.  
 Requires effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with varying levels of the organization.  
 Requires the ability to communicate sensitive issues with all levels of employees/management and handle confidential information in a professional manner.
