Job description
Role Purpose: Leads a large segment of client service & delivery personnel to deliver highly informative and impactful solutions for both clients daily and strategic business issues within managed markets analytics & operations, brand analytics, data strategy & governance, forecasting, IT, etc.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Develops, implements and oversees the appropriate client support & delivery strategy for Longitudinal Access & Adjudication Data (LAAD) including development of SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, delivery tools, etc. to manage, direct and assist in supporting and growing the business.
* Assesses resource needs to ensure client satisfaction through information advising and on time delivery, specifically focused on LAAD.
* Consults with internal/external clients on the uses of IQVIA LAAD & FIA products and services, developing solutions to client challenges.
* Ensures client service teams & supporting systems are performing at optimal levels.
* Engages with IQVIA product management, data management development and stat services regularly to provide client feedback on IQVIA information offering situations in order to develop recommendations or resolutions for clients.
* Collaborates with IQVIA consulting, and Technology and Applications consultants to ensure client information needs and requirements are appropriately understood and executed for various programs and projects.
* Participates in all IQVIA internal development initiatives impacting LAAD to ensure all tools, systems, programs upgrades and changes will be appropriate and effective in the delivery of LAAD
* Mentors client service and IQVIA staff through active participation, presence, engagement as well as demonstrating what success looks like.
* Visits with all major clients to ensure client service strategy is being implemented and the client(s) are delighted with their IQVIA support
Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent and a minimum of ten (10) years related work experience with three (3) years of management experience in a customer facing role.
* Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and procedures of a client facing organization.
* Knowledge of IQVIA products and applications.
* Experience developing and managing people.
* Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
* Business acumen (knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including the applications for IQVIA data and services).
* Change management/process analysis skills (e.g. business process re-engineering).
* Strong problem solving and communication skills, including ability to train/present and deal tactfully with clients.
