The Department
This position is part of the Procurement Department where the team is focused on providing sourcing and procurement support across major categories of indirect spend at a regional or global level.
Your Role
The primary purpose of the Procurement Data Analyst role is to provide sourcing and procurement support across major categories of indirect spend at a regional/global level.
You will be responsible for:
* Partner with sourcing team to identify vendor cost savings opportunities through spend analytics and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
* Perform various systems tasks, including extracting data and creating management reports
* Maintain metrics and development of KPIs including project, savings and performance metrics including presentations in Tableau.
* Coordinate team efforts to construct RFQs, RFIs and RFPs in support of strategic sourcing
* Perform P-Card account manager duties including cardholder training, P-Card account maintenance, cardholder documentation and statement reconciliation.
* Execute/facilitate requisition-to-pay process for products and services.
* Maintain and report performance/savings metrics.
* Work on P2P related initiatives or projects related to procurement function as they may arise.
* Create, interpret, and deliver reporting in the form of presentations, performance dashboards, and other visual means for business leaders, including senior executives.
The experience you bring:
* 2 to 4 years experience and demonstrated proficiency in analytics and financial modeling.
* 2 to 4 years requisition-to-payment process experience.
* Experience with Oracle transaction processing a plus.
* Proficiency with data visualization tool Tableau.
* Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification required.
* Project management/CPM certification a plus.
* Proven project management skills and comfortable supporting multiple concurrent projects.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle Procurement experience a plus).
