The Department

Investment Services professionals provide innovative investment, product distribution, and information delivery capabilities that allow Invesco to build an outstanding investment experience for our clients and to lead in the markets we serve. Working across 13 countries in 25+ locations, Investment Services professionals work as part of a highly collaborative team executing upon, overseeing, and supervising core activities and capabilities across the investment and distribution lifecycles.

Your Role

This role provides the right individual with an opportunity to demonstrate their Investment Services and Operations experience in providing clients and internal partners operational solutions. As a Client Service Operations Specialist, will be representing operations and assisting with the delivery of an outstanding client experience by delivering on the clients operational needs and expectations through effective query and request management. This position is tasked with content-generation and query resolution for Invesco's internal and external business units. The individual will lead the team production inbox, respond to incoming queries and requests, participate in ongoing platform testing support, ensure on-time delivery of day-to-day production, and provide quality support for clients and strategies.

You will be responsible for:

* Provide day-to-day oversight on all queries and requests from clients, relationship managers, and other internal partners
* Daily management and oversight of query and requests inbox; ensuring all active requests have been addressed and/or assigned to senior members of the team
* Ensure client SLAs have performed accurately, timely, and efficiently; ensuring teams meet critical deadlines
* Assist in the creation of team metrics and analytics. Find opportunities and provide recommendations resulting from the analysis of data collected on client queries and request
* Thoroughly examine current processes, identify ways to incorporate increased efficiencies and the promotion of automated solutions, and execute the efficiencies in a structured manner
* Provide assistance with the client and product onboarding and transitions
* Resolve service-related problems or questions and provide documentation as the need arises
* Establish a strong working relationship with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Relationship Manages, Distributions, and other internal partners

The experience you bring:

* 1-3 years of financial services and/or investment management experience
* 1+ years of direct client service experience is a plus. Experience in account onboarding and the transition is a plus
* A Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience
* Eager to learn, 'can do' and enthusiastic attitude with strong client support bias, showing initiative and seeking to embrace evolving requirements, with a focus on quality and consistency at all times
* Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
* Attention to detail with the ability to identify problems, seek solutions, and deliver; keen eye for accuracy and detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
