Position Responsibilities:
Identify bugs/gaps in current solutions through daily anecdotes, size the impact and advocate for implementation of fixes. Guide weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews and operation planning. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Identify areas that require automated alarms to compensate for lack of manual oversight on a highly automated business. Deep dive different systems and dependencies and partner with the development team in trade-offs in design choices specifically trade-offs between speed of delivery and generalization of solutions. Mentor new colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements:
Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): Experience with technical tools using excel and SQL; experience with quantitative data analysis and understanding root causes of data problems; experience with building and validating quantitative models;
experience working with engineering teams to ship technical products.
