Qualifications

This is an exciting opportunity for Senior IT Project Managers Supply Chain TN113 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

* Lead the project team to utilize technology and metrology and leverage solutions to simplify the supply chain and enable the business to operate more efficiently and at a lower cost, and to develop complex reports that capture requirements.

* Lead IT initiatives and synchronization for the supply chain by managing the gathering of IT requirements and translation to the IT team in order to determine objectives, goals, and strategies of key projects.

* Utilize Supply Chain applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in order to translate business requirements to functional specifications to share with the IT project team.

* Perform Enterprise Analysis and liaise between the supply chain function and the technology team to translate tactical and strategic objectives into workable solutions and coordinate the remediation of deficiencies.

* Lead and conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization and across the supply chain.

* Lead the analysis of internal supply chain capability and business processes to suggest improvements and guide the IT project team to asses information technology capacity and propose automation for decision support processes via business intelligence applications.

* Manage the work of technical staff on supply chain projects by planning project stages, assessing business implications for each stage, and monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

* Ensure development resource availability as part of Project Resource Management, assess and prioritize any foreseen risks for projects as part of Project Issue and Risk Management, and manage a list of project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within an agreed timeline as part of Scope and Schedule Management.

* Develop and update projects plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.

* Determine system performance standards and analyze complex supply chain data to determine, recommend, and plan technological projects for necessary improvements.

* Utilize advanced knowledge of analytical software to lead the project team in the analyzation of functional requirements across five key company aspects.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications:

* Position requires a Masters degree Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Technology Management, or related field and 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain or Business Analyst, or related position.

* Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Technology Management, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain or Business Analyst, or related position.

JOB SITE: Nashville, Tennessee

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience plus bonus.
