These positions direct feed haul drivers to/from the chicken farms. Must be able to obtain a North Carolina Weigh Master license. Must have good communication skills on the telephone and in person. Must be able to accurately weigh and record feed weights. Must be able to answer all questions asked by all state and federal inspectors. Must have knowledge of farms to direct drivers. Must be able to keep accurate records for all weigh tickets. Must be able to order feed and schedule feed deliveries. Must be able to check the grounds for non-essential lighting and air leaks in hoses. Positions require the ability to work in hot environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and be able stand 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to climb stairs to/from work areas.
Position will be for 2nd shift (nights). Hours: Saturday and Sunday 5 pm to 5 am
Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules (ie. Lockout/Tagout).
Must be able to tolerate standing/walking up to 100% of the shift.
Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
Must have good hand/eye coordination.
Must have use of both hands and arms.
Must be able to read, write, and have a basic knowledge of math and calculators.
