Service Marketing Manager

The Service Marketing Manager will be responsible for harmonizing and marketing service contracts globally across all divisions of Boston Scientific. This person will be creating and driving new sales service offerings based on market need.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Successfully manage service product lines post-market launch
* Create buy-in for the service product vision, both internally and with key external partners
* Develop global relationships and build credibility with key internal cross-functional stakeholders
* Assess service product pricing and utilizes market research data on a regular basis to ensure optimal health of the business and the ever-changing competitive landscape. Develop Insights and analytics into product line pricing and profitability
* Build robust process for sales funneling and opportunity management to drive revenue growth from existing Installed Base
* Build service sales training material and train sales reps on selling and driving the value of service
* Conduct voice of customer research to understand the needs of the market. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill service product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
* Develop creative downstream marketing solutions and tools to create value and support the needs of the sales team
* Understand product life cycle management and provides inputs as a key stakeholder for service sales in cross-functional teams
* Support brand marketing, including material development (digital, print, etc.), presentations, and answering customer and sales questions
* Provide information for management and divisions on service metrics and KPIs to measure divisional service success
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

What we're looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors degree
* Must have minimum 3 years market research experience and experience selling service contracts or other intangible service products
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships
* Experience adhering to deadlines for marketing launch
* Experience in developing value propositions, positioning and targeting
* Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA
* Bi-lingual or multi-lingual (English, Japanese or Chinese)
* Salesforce.com CRM experience
