The Central Integrity teams mission is to protect the Facebook community. This is a top priority for the company.
The Central Integrity team has built impressive foundations, addressed many problem areas, and addressed risks in elections and at-risk countries around the world. In the process, it has become increasingly clear that we must embrace that we operate in a fractal space with a need to address an ever-growing breadth of problems, surfaces, countries, and topics. Recognizing this ever-changing reality, Mission Control is a new team that was created to help us move towards a future where our teams and our systems are agile, enabling us to proactively and systematically handle these dimensions of integrity. We are looking for an experienced leader who is excited by hard and ambiguous challenges.
Some of the key priorities of this team:
Proactively understanding and identifying Facebooks biggest multi-dimensional integrity risks, and ensuring we have context and situational awareness of these.
Provide a single source of truth for how all integrity teams at Facebook should prioritize and set goals, and reflect this in the Company-wide Integrity Goal.
Ensure Integrity is built from the ground up for new products such as Reels.
Evolve the vision for Data Transparency in collaboration with Policy, Comms, Marketing, Product & Engineering partners, to pre-emptively address concerns by proactive sharing the appropriate data narrative.
Represent Facebook in high-stakes meetings with regulators, advertisers, industry groups, non-profits, and academics to enable collaborative development of best practices.
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with experience building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, as well as putting together external data narratives for non-technical audiences.
