Product Manager Advanced Customer Services: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS)

- Review, update and develop ACS services by working with customers, Oracle Development, ACS Delivery, ACS Pre-Sales and Business Development teams

- Leverage strong Cloud Native, Infrastructure and Platform Concepts and Services, AI and Machine Learning skills and apply them in design and transformation of ACS services.

- Multi-Cloud experience is an advantage.

- Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to boost ACS Service adoption

- Understand competition and partners in Services market, and work with appropriate teams to position and channel ACS Services through best GTM strategies

- Understand customer needs related to ACS Services and address them accordingly providing business cases and industry analysis

- Cooperate with all internal partners required to approve and lunch services and according to service release process

- Setup and conduct demo environments and provide TOI sessions

- Present ACS services at internal and external events

- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 or more years of service and software engineering or related experience.

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
