Vice President, Digital

Key Role:

Focus on delivering technical services and mission-centric solutions a full pipeline of digital and analytics opportunities to improve our technical brand, increase revenue and meet profit profile. Drive cross-market digital transformation, including integrating the firms digital, cyber, data analytics, and engineering services into new and expanded services and solutions. Lead capture, solution architecture, and intellectual capital development to build our brand and develop solutions. Maintain responsibility for achieving goals in the areas of capture responsibility to grow and expand the technical business, managing team utilization at targeted levels, attracting appropriate employee talent, and maintaining administrative costs. Maintain oversight, manage costs directly, and optimize profits of client engagements within assigned markets. Expand the opportunity landscape to prosecute larger and more complex opportunities, hire and upskill technical talent at scale to staff growing delivery portfolio, and leverage industry knowledge and SME in the areas of product management, cloud architecture, analytics, and data platforms to lead technical capability development and maturation. Expand and strengthen senior client relationships, develop and execute a multi-year digital/analytics portfolio strategy and oversee operational excellence of large technical programs.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience driving digital and analytics solutions and services to expand a technical business portfolio and shape new vehicles

-Experience in leading large technical programs with teams of 50+ staff for government or commercial customers

-Experience with building a large sustainable business, growing a team, and developing staff in alignment with career progression and succession plans

-Knowledge of the Joint Combatant Command (JCC) and their programs

-Ability to build out a functional digital agenda

-Ability to attract, hire, and align new technical talent to drive business outcomes

-Ability to bring to bear industry and client relationships with future government decision makers to capture and win work

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree is required

Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with developing and shaping client demand and vehicles to leverage cutting edge solutions

-Experience with developing and delivering solutions to defense, national security, or law enforcement agencies

-Ability to effectively communicate with both oral and written communication skills

-Top Secret clearance preferred

-MA or MS degree is preferred

-PMP Certification is a plus
