Contract Analyst, Junior
Key Role:
Assist government procurement agencies by providing contractual consultation, including researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex rules and regulations and providing actionable recommendations to government clients. Support drafting pre and post-award documents, including Procurement Requests, Acquisition Plans, Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Source Selection Plans, Technical Instructions, Contract Mods, and Official Correspondence and Memos. Research and provide consultation regarding the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARs and principles of acquisition.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* 1+ years of experience with DoD Acquisition in a program office or defense office setting
* Experience with a Navy acquisition program office or program management preferred
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
