AWS Training and Certification (T&C) is seeking a smart, talented, and experienced campaign marketing manager to build creative campaigns and assets that drive awareness, engagement and adoption across the global AWS Partner Network (APN). This is a unique opportunity to play an influential role in a rapidly growing business and to transform the way we interact with and train our partners at scale.

In this role, you will be the primary owner for the overall strategy, development, execution, and optimization of global integrated partner B2B and B2I marketing campaigns. In this key role within the AWS T&C Partner Marketing team, you will be responsible for determining and developing quarterly campaigns, including strategy, messaging and marketing mix, along with all the components of the campaign and supporting programs that will help drive a well-trained and certified APN Partner.

This senior-level hands-on position is perfect for a skilled Partner Marketing Manager who enjoys defining integrated marketing campaigns, and developing, curating, and reconfiguring content and assets, according to the partner learning journey. You will work in tight collaboration with T&C Field Partner Marketing to develop and execute centralized campaigns, aligned with regional goals, which get the right partner solution and message in the right format to the right communications channel, at the right time. You will also work in conjunction with Global T&C Campaigns team, Product Marketing Managers, and APN Partner Marketing to build-out the agreed-upon campaign story. You will work closely with agencies and other internal business stakeholders to manage the campaign workflow, asset development, and with Digital Marketers to ensure that assets are timely developed and resonate with AWS Partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. This key team member should have excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills, in order to be able to tell a partner-centric story that resonates with our core audiences. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize continuously.

Position will be located in an Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office based in the following locations: Seattle, WA (HQ); Arlington, VA (HQ2); Phoenix, AZ; San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; New York, NY; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; only. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop the annual and quarterly global campaign plan for T&C partner training including defining the strategy, building the messages, and outlining the programs required to obtain the goals you determine need to be met to drive the business forward.
Work with regional field marketing teams to co-develop region and country-specific campaign execution plans, and track against those plans.
Regularly update key stakeholders on campaign plans, program deliverables and schedules.
Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, budgets, and campaign schedule.
Oversee concept and creative development of campaign materials by working with T&C creative services and 3rd party agencies while maintaining Amazon Web Services T&C brand and voice.
Drive the creation and approval of compelling and effective campaign assets focused on creating awareness, interest and consumption of T&C partner offerings including accreditations, training courses, and certifications.
Collaborate with product marketing to write marketing messages that help support the product line messaging to the audience segments your campaign targets.
Collaborate with T&C digital marketing team to create digital assets including SEM, landing pages, eDMs, retargeting and paid media advertising.
Align with the T&C communications and social marketing teams to time campaigns appropriately for a stronger go to market launch.
Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize visit-to-registration conversion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of related experience in Campaign Management/Demand Generation, Content Marketing, marketing communications, partner marketing or channel marketing, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
5+ years project management experience managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
Experience building global integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company, and strong understanding of the considerations for regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan.
Experience managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion.
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Able to conceptualize and develop global campaigns to be executed by regional field marketing teams.
Experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Marketo is preferable.
Clear understanding of cloud/cloud models
Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
Writing skills appropriate for demand generation, in particular, campaign briefs, email, web, and social, newsletters, and campaign ads; both short form and long form.
Ability to understand the buyer's journey and inventory, map, create, re-purpose content -strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaigns.
Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
