Interested in working on an innovative and high-impact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery delivery? Amazon is looking for a talented marketing lead to drive the multi-channel strategy for its non-food category team, including responsibility for household, personal care, and healthcare categories on Amazon Fresh. In this role, you are accountable for a team of five marketing managers that develops and executes marketing strategies for key vendor partners and owns strategic projects that drive customer acquisition and engagement, while building a best in class shopping experience. You are able to define the strategy, set objectives, and drive improvements that contribute to growth and improve the customer experience for the non-food categories on Amazon Fresh.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for data and analytics, operates from a customer-first perspective, and assists their team in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer growth. Youll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams. You should be comfortable with analyzing customer and campaign data, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing your teams work. This role is inherently cross-functional, working closely with external partners, central marketing teams, selection, catalog, design, operations, finance, product, and executive teams.
Responsibilities include:
Own strategy and execution of programs to improve the customer experience and drive growth for the Non-Food categories on Amazon Fresh
Create marketing plans and effective narratives that have clear, measurable success criteria
Analyze the impact and results of initiatives and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders
Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results and achieve objectives of both your team and the broader marketing organization, maintaining the highest work standards and prioritizing maximizing customer value
Manage projects that deliver value (automation, strategic insights) to the broader marketing organization
Manage a team of five direct reports
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in associated discipline
2+ years of experience directly managing others
6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
Strong ability to earn trust and foster positive working relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Ability to influence partner teams
Proficiency in Excel

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast paced environment across geographies
Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
Strong database and computer skills, SQL
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire the team
