DESCRIPTION
The COVID Response Center (CRC) is the team that centrally handles all COVID reporting and case management for North America. The organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the CRC Strategy team leading new function integration, global expansion, and analytics design. The leader will develop, own, and drive the roadmap to enhance and scale the CRC across a portfolio of managed activities. The leader will work with a team of other program managers. This role requires a strong track record of delivering results, dealing with a wide ambiguous space, problem solving, unrelenting customer obsession, and the ability to lead, influence and motivate a team of high performance leaders. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential.

Managing a team

Creating, managing, and communicating project roadmaps
Thinking strategically and implementing solutions that can scale to meet the scope of the CRC organization

This role has flexibility to be based in corporate locations across the U.S. including Seattle, Arlington/D.C. Metro, NYC.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience managing teams
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
5+ years of experience in program or project management
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, or other technical field
3 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments
Intermediate to advanced and data visualization knowledge is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem-solve independently
5 years of professional experience, including experience operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments
Experience interacting with technical and teams to manage a roadmap
Process automation experience
Demonstrated willingness to experiment and try new things
