Amazon Consumer Engagement is seeking a talented, dynamic and highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead cross-channel marketing initiatives for the Amazon Affiliate Marketing program.
The Amazon Affiliate Marketing program, Amazon Associates, spans a large number of websites, blogs and influencers worldwide. These influencers, sites and bloggers (called associates) create original content to help customers make informed purchase decisions on Amazon. The Associates team develops tools for associates to create compelling content on their sites, provides insights on their sites performance, establishes program policies and commissions, and provides recommendations to associates to enhance their audience engagement. The program is live in all the retail marketplaces Amazon operates in.

We are seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop and manage go-to-market strategies for new products, and to create and execute engagement strategies for our customers. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bringing forward-thinking marketing solutions to our customers. You will have demonstrated quantitative and analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to think quickly on your feet. You are passionate about product marketing and have the ability to work on a strategic and operational level generating creative ideas for growth and executing best in class marketing campaigns, analyzing data and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze customer data to unlock differentiated insights
Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches
Evaluate downstream value for the marketing programs and determine an investment strategy
Develop a strategy to increase awareness of the Amazon Affiliate Marketing program
Lead acquisition and engagement efforts of associates
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, finance, math or related fields
6+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing or related fields
Experience in using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform a strategy
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to affect outcomes in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for getting the right things done
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or masters degree in marketing, business, finance, math or related fields
Experience in affiliate or B2B marketing or management consulting
Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
Proven record of accomplishment of effectively developing and implementing marketing plans
Excellent skills in copy writing and editing
