What youll do on a typical day:
* Lead large-scale implementations
* Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
* Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
* Collaborate with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
* Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
* Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
* Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
* Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, youll need:
* 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
* Experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management, transportation or distribution
* Project management experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Access and Project)
Itd be great if you also have:
* Bachelors degree
* Excellent planning, client support, communication and organizational skills
