Job Description
Responsibilities
In this role you'll help define and control production processes including tooling and equipment and validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
You'll be expected to broaden your knowledge of the technical discipline to execute policy/strategy
You will gain a basic understanding of key business drivers and use those to execute on your best work and to influence your team when needed
Required Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering OR an Associates Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting of PC/server based systems, OR High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting
Desired Characteristics
Familiar with problem solving and continuous improvement methods and tools
6-sigma certified
Demonstrated experience owning production processes and improvements
Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and electronics trouble-shooting
