WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner for our Converse, Jordan & Nike North America team. We will embed you deeply in the business. We are in need of a trusted advisor who will assess and advise on the needs of the organization, develop relevant solutions and support execution through coaching and thought partnership. We are looking for an individual who inspires others to act, embodying servant leadership, empathy, and humanity for all.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this position, you will own the execution of DEI strategies with your business partners, and support executive communications on DEI topics. Youll develop and operationalize innovative and forward-leaning global DEI solutions that enable business groups to progress on their goals. To understand business priorities and needs and incorporate other points of view, you will build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Youll use evidence-based standard methodologies and problem solving skills to diagnose root causes to challenges, while using data to identify trends, insights and gaps to advise strategy, as well as relevant programming. In partnership with Diversity Program Managers, youll build and manage training programs for employees, and develop programs which attract, retain and promote diverse talent. Youll also collaborate with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to develop effective diversity recruiting strategies and programs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to Senior Director Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Converse, Jordan Brand and Nike North America and will work closely with global cross-functional partners to provide thought leadership, be responsible for business relationships and set and decisively execute initiatives that help the business make progress against their DEI goals. You will collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiting to help build dynamic ways to develop talent communities. As the subject matter authority, youll analyze and present talent demographics, assess data trends and provide insights to key partners. You will be the face of the DEI team for the groups you support, cascading enterprise service offerings, and helping to track and measure effectiveness. Finally, you will partner with the larger Global DEI team to ensure the strategy for your business groups is consistent with the broader DEI strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

* Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years demonstrable experience in DEI, Human Resources, or people strategy or related field.
* 2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
* 5 years demonstrable experience in a client services/consulting role.
* Exposure to Business Strategy, Human Capital Strategy and Global DEI Strategy.
* Experience driving large-scale global organizational change through strategic global programming.
* Experience analyzing and interpreting data and translating analyses into recommendations.
* Understanding of how to influence geographically dispersed teams, utilizing storytelling abilities and presentation skills.
* Experience optimally influencing key business partners across and within business units.
* Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines and within budget parameters.

Preferred:

* Masters degree in Business or HR-related program.
* Experience supporting technology or digital organizations.
* Results-oriented, self-starter who demonstrates experience navigating ambiguity and excelling in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
