Conduct training programs for the company. May track and analyze training programs by examining participants' job performance. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Meet with operational management and make recommendation for new training material.
* Achieves the desired outcomes for all projects within established time frames
* Answers all questions within the scope of the class
* Completes all required documentation accurately and within established time frame
* Conducts group and individualized training for purposes of work performance that results in skills acquisition, as defined by appropriately structured objectives, for all trainees
* Conducts one on one training and holds additional meetings one on one to explain in detail areas of improvement and where errors occurred
* Develops and supports SOP's in operational areas
* Develops training and other performance interventions based on complete and accurate analysis of relevant organizational issues
* Ensures classroom is ready for class including: manuals, handouts, or other training materials as needed
* Maintains all documentation in the assigned location, including rosters and evaluations, within established time frames
* Maintains control of the classroom
* Makes continuous updates/modifications to existing training materials based on analysis of training needs, including manuals, jobs aids, worksheets, assessments, etc.
* Meets with Operational management and makes recommendations to implement new training/SOP methodologies
* Responds to all emails/questions from classes or meetings in a timely manner
* Sends scores along with assessments of participants' strengths and weaknesses to management
* Travels to departments as needed
* Participates in Operator Standard Work (OSW)
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Normally requires an Associate's Degree, but a BS in Healthcare, Life Science or Business related field with 3-5 years of experience in related field.
