Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

* 4+ years of IS experience
* Bachelors Degree is required
* Experience with SAP OTC and Logistics experience
* Hands on experience with SAP ECC modules SD, LG-LE, Transportation
* Experience with EDI integration to SAP is a plus
* Good problem solving/analysis skills
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated, quick and assertive
* Self-Starter, driven with high business process acumen
* Positive attitude with the ability to work across different business stakeholder and technical teams to accomplish complex tasks
* Global travel requirements range from 10-25%.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for the Global deployment and support of Kraft Heinz EDI solution to 3rd party logistics providers (3PL)
* Acts as a Global functional SME to business related to 3PL integration activities
* Working with Logistics Senior Manager and B2B EDI team, develops project plans and staffing requirements for Logistics/EDI project activities
* Manages the gathering, definition and sign-off of functional requirements related to Logistics and EDI systems globally
* Reviews functional specifications and business requirements for completeness, accuracy and feasibility to meet business needs
* Works with a team of technical resources (internal and external), architects and with the business to deliver systems that support the business needs
* Supports system upgrades and technology implementations when required Globally
* Strong team affinity and relationship building is a must as the resource will work with a varied team mix including business analysts, project managers and project business team.
* Ensures end user training and experience meets business requirements
* Person will also interact heavily with partner companies and consultants spread across the globe as part of project activities and delivery.

CAREER EXPERIENCE

* Strong relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally)
* Knowledge of logistics business process(s) and associated systems ((SAP ECC), and technology (EDI)
* Able to work in diversified and global teams
* Solid blend of business and technical capabilities
* Exposure with project management methodologies and tools
* Ensures appropriate integration of technology as part of business processes/functions
* Technical/configuration experience related to SAP LE and EDI integration
