General Responsibilities
The Counter Sales Representative is an essential member of the airport location team and is the brand ambassador, providing the fastest, easiest, and most valued experience to our customers. This sales commissioned team member provides world class customer service and professionally and effectively sells Hertz products and services to meet the customer's travel needs.
The key responsibilities and accountability are:
* Effectively communicate and offer ancillary products and services to enhance customer's travel experience.
* Strong emphasis on selling and revenue maximization on core products such as, but not limited to, options to waive customer's responsibility of damage, fuel options and vehicle upsells.
* Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
* Work in a fast paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer's rental experience.
* Provide world class customer service by managing the rentals and returns process, in compliance with Hertz's policies and procedures
* Qualify and process customer rentals with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Drive continuous improvement by communicating customer feedback to team and engaging in action planning to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
* Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally using effective customer service techniques.
* Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines.

Ce membre de l'equipe touchant des commissions de vente offre un service a la clientele de premier ordre et vend les produits et services de Hertz de maniere professionnelle et efficace afin de repondre aux besoins des clients en matiere de deplacements.
Ses responsabilites et fonctions principales sont les suivantes :
* Communiquer efficacement et offrir des produits et services auxiliaires dans le but de rehausser l'experience des clients.
* Mettre fortement l'accent sur la vente des produits de base, notamment, mais sans s'y limiter, les options permettant de degager les clients de la responsabilite des dommages, les options pour le carburant et les surclassements, ainsi que sur la maximisation des revenus decoulant de ces produits.
* Atteindre ses objectifs de vente personnels tout en soutenant les objectifs de l'equipe.
* Travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide, en offrant un service utile et de qualite et en realisant des ventes tout en rehaussant l'experience de location des clients.
* Offrir un service a la clientele de premier ordre en gerant les locations et les retours conformement aux politiques et aux procedures de Hertz.
* Valider et traiter les locations avec exactitude et en accordant de l'attention aux details.
* Favoriser une amelioration continue du service en communiquant les retroactions des clients a l'equipe et en participant a l'elaboration du plan d'action pour ameliorer le rendement operationnel et la satisfaction de la clientele.
* Resoudre les problemes des clients et repondre a leurs preoccupations de maniere professionnelle, en utilisant des techniques de service a la clientele efficaces.
* Conserver une presentation adequate de maniere a offrir un service a la clientele de premier ordre, conformement aux lignes directrices etablies.
Essential Requirements
Educational Background:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Professional Experiences:
* A minimum of one year of sales or customer experience in a high volume or service oriented environment
* Passion for customer service and attention to detail - Goes the extra mile
* Proven strong sales and closing skills and the ability to friendly, engaging manner
* Motivated to achieve and exceed targeted goals
Knowledge:
* Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
* Proficiency in English
Must be able to:
* Demonstrate good communication skills both written and oral. Communicate in English clearly and proficiently. Candidates fluent in other languages are encouraged to apply.
