Provides oversight of daily operations for Mission Community Medicine Haywood and My Care Now Haywood clinics, and ensures staffing meets the need of the departments. Acts as a role model for service excellence. Assists Clinical Manager and Practice Manger with educating unlicensed staff and completing competencies. Knowledgeable of instrumentation and supplies required to meet the needs of the clinics. Exercises leadership responsibilities through problem solving and collaboration both independently and as delegated by the RN Clinical Manager and Practice Manager. Day-to-day assisting Providers in the clinical role is required. Marjority of work schedule will be week days; however, evening and weekends will also be necessary at times.

Required Education: High School or GED

Preferred Education: Associate's DegreeRequired

Certification: BLS Certification required within 90 days of employment. LPN, License from NCBON, Current CMA Certification. ASCP Certification, or ARRT Certification

Required Experience: Two years' experience in an Ambulatory care practice. Strong operations, communications, and customer service skills required.

Preferred Experience: Four years' experience in an Ambulatory care setting, leadership experience.
