At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, a typical day will include:

Required:
* Documented experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow solution with minimum of Madrid release experience

* Experience deploying ServiceNow Update sets through the SDLC

* Experienced with ServiceNow's user management process, user controls and persona managment , data-security, and policy compliance

* Documented experience with creating and maintaining data migration plans within ServiceNow to include ETL from legacy applications.

* Expected to lead the service delivery process discussions and facilitate needed ServiceNow customizations, configurations, and dashboards to support the delivery process

* Successful candidate will act as a single point of contact for ServiceNow operations, application health, database backup and recovery

* Troubleshoot and remediate availability, access controls and other operational issues

* Create, maintain, and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems interfaces

Desired:
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator

* Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatter

* Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON
