Job Title: Facilities Manager
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Facilities Manager. The Facility Manager shall manage and provide oversight to the data center management, minor/O&M renovation services, and base services necessary to support operations.
Manage Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction and sustainment contract for large government program. Serve as interface between the customer and the company. Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements.

Essential Duties:
Responsible for who shall be primarily responsible for service order execution and management for a large complex program.
Ensure staff and subcontractors adhere to management plans and processes, including safety and quality requirements.
Direct scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work.
Coordinate closely with customer Facility Management points of contact in providing formal and ad hoc reports, scheduling services, sharing program status, and making best practice recommendations.
Ensure work is completed in compliance with contract requirements, regulations, budgets, and performance standards.
Resolve conflicts, identified deficiencies, and issues following reporting and corrective action requirements.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or General) a
5 years recent experience in facility management Enterprise support a facility of similar size and complexity Experience leading diverse teams (professional and trades) is desired
Professional Project Manager Certification preferred Experience with MAXIMO is desirable
Demonstrated basic understanding and familiarization with the following: AutoCAD; Construction Management; Building operations and management; Project management, related to facilities operations.
Knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, masonry) and other general trades.
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Completion of OSHA 30 preferred.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
