Position Summary:
Responsible for the planning and execution of the post-production phase of an internal or external-facing media project. Work directly with clients and/or KTV Producer/Directors to create engaging and compelling content. Essential Job Functions:
* Plan and own the total post-production process whether working directly with a client with provided footage or with a Producer/Director and original content
* Edit raw footage and/or previously created content into compelling stories that engage the audience through pacing and visual style
* Create relevant, on-trend content for a variety of outputs, e.g. internal, external, social
* Create compelling visuals that support the overall message of the program
* Coordinate voiceover recording with external and internal talent
* Write promotional scripts for upcoming programs and productions
* Manage the Reach digital asset platform and media catalog in partnership with the operations team
* Produce and distribute themed selling event materials (e.g. Taste of Italy graphics and footage) to division producers to support sales initiatives
* Demonstrate and maintain current knowledge of editing technology, trends and equipment
* Oversee complex visual effects productions to ensure proper execution
* Establish creative direction (i.e. overall look and feel) in partnership with the client, KTV Producer/Director and KTV GM as well as all relevant style guidelines
* Collaborate with the Production Manager, KTV Producer/Directors and Studio Network Engineer to select the most effective and engaging tools and methods
* Assist in creating new and adhere to established best practices in regards to asset management; editing, encoding and archiving procedures
* Mentor and provide editing assistance to Division KTV Producer/Directors to ensure consistency of quality and adherence to standards and guidelines for programming
* Provide relevant media to divisions using established content transfer processes
* Assist KTV Producer/Directors with field and studio productions as needed
* Solicit, respond and act on feedback on program effectiveness from peers, business owners and audience members.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
* 5+ years video editing experience
* Familiarity with current edit and graphics software, e.g. Adobe Premiere and After Effects
* Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and work on multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail with ability to flex creativity
* Ability to build and maintain cooperative business partnerships
* Ability to work in multiple environments as projects dictate, e.g. office, field, retail, manufacturing and logistics
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to travel independently (10%)
Desired Previous Job Experience:
* Bachelors Degree in related field (communication or film & video production)
* Experience with the Adobe CC suite of applications
* Portfolio/reel of previous work
